Materials
See stock run low before the pour stalls
Materials problems show up as idle crews. Obrelier keeps a stock level per site, lets the crew ask for more from the app, and turns a shortage into a delivery you can follow.
Stock per site, from one catalogue
Keep one catalogue of materials with units and prices, allocate quantities to each site, and set the level at which you want a warning. The office sees remaining stock and what it has cost.
Requests from the crew
Workers with materials access log what they used and request more from the app. Requests land on the site page with approve and reject, so nobody is driving to the yard on a hunch.
From shortage to delivery
A low-stock alert becomes a delivery in one tap: pick the supplier or depot, the site, and a driver. The delivery has a status, and the office can follow it to the gate.
Budget that reflects reality
Allocated materials feed each site's budget-used figure, next to labour hours. The project page shows the burn before the overrun.
Get stock under control
Thirty minutes on a real job: who is on site, what is running low, and what the office sees. Pick a slot that suits you.
FAQ
Do we have to enter our whole catalogue first?
No. Start with the ten materials that cause the most trouble; add the rest as you allocate them.
Can suppliers deliver directly?
Yes. Add the supplier as a pickup location and assign any driver with the app, yours or theirs.
Does it connect to our purchasing system?
Exports are CSV. Direct integrations are discussed on the Grupo plan.
