User Terms

Version 1.0 · 14 October 2026

Scope

These terms apply to you if you use the Obrelier app because your employer, or a company you work for, gave you an account.

1. Who we are

The Obrelier app is provided by Ecommerce Craft Ltd, trading as Yarel Craft Digital (company number 15092987, 26 Thorpe Street, Bolton, England, BL1 3JE). We provide the app to your employer. Your employer decides what the app records about you.

2. Your account

  • Your employer creates your account. Keep your password private, and do not let anyone else clock in or out for you.
  • If you lose your phone or think someone else has used your account, tell your employer straight away.
  • Your employer can remove your access, for example when you stop working for them.

3. Using the app fairly

Please don't:

  • clock in or out for someone else, or fake your location (the app checks for this);
  • try to see other people's data, or break or overload the app;
  • use the evacuation or alert features as a joke.

4. Your data

Your employer is responsible for your data, and we process it for them. Our Privacy Policy (www.obrelier.com/privacy) explains what is collected, when (only during shifts and deliveries), and your rights. You can:

  • choose your phone's own unlock instead of face verification, in Settings;
  • turn "Always" location off at any time (the app still works);
  • ask for your data to be deleted from Settings > Delete my account, or at www.obrelier.com/delete-account.

5. Safety

Evacuation and other alerts depend on your phone, its settings and the network, so they can arrive late or not at all. Always follow your site's own safety rules and alarms. The app is an extra help, not a replacement.

6. The app itself

The app is free for you. We keep improving it, and sometimes it may be unavailable or have mistakes. Records it makes (for example a clock-in time) can be checked and corrected by your employer.

7. Questions

About your hours, shifts or data: ask your employer first. About the app or these terms: privacy@obrelier.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any protection you have under the law of the country where you live and work.
