Site reports

The day on site, written up before you ask

A site diary filled in on Friday from memory is a story, not a record. Obrelier builds the labour side of each day from verified clock-ins, and lets each worker add a short voice note at clock-out that comes back to you as a written summary.

Who worked, and for how long

Open a site and pick a day: every worker with a shift, the start and end of each shift, and the hours summed per worker, in your local time. Export it as a CSV for the client, the QS or your own records.

A voice note instead of a form

After clocking out, a worker can say what got done in their own words and add photos and notes. A team lead can report for the whole crew instead of everyone doing it.

Written up for you to check

The recording is transcribed and summarised automatically: work done, materials used and what's left. Anything the system isn't sure about goes into a review queue, and the transcript is always there as the source of truth.

Nothing changes behind your back

A report never moves stock or payroll by itself. You review, edit and save; hours still come only from clock-ins.

See who hasn't reported

The site shows who clocked out without leaving a report and which reports are still being processed, so gaps are visible the same day.

FAQ

Which plans include end-of-shift reports?

Obra and Grupo. The daily hours sheet per site is in every plan.

Where do voice notes go?

They are transcribed by Google's AI service (Gemini), acting as our processor, only to produce the transcript and summary for your company. Google does not use them to train its models. The privacy policy has the details.

Do workers have to send a report?

No. It's offered after clock-out and stays optional, and you can see who skipped it.
