Job costing

Labour hours per site, straight from the clock-ins

Most job-costing spreadsheets guess at labour: a foreman's tally, a weekly estimate, a split by eye. Obrelier records every hour on the site where it was worked, so each job's labour hours, and what they cost, come from the clock-ins themselves.

Every hour lands on a site

Workers clock in inside the boundary of the site they're assigned to, so each shift belongs to that site from the start. There's nothing to allocate afterwards and no timesheet codes to remember.

Hours per site, per day or per period

The daily sheet shows each worker's hours on a site for any day. For a week or a month, export attendance hours for one site or all of them as a CSV for your QS, your client or your cost report.

What each site's crew cost

On the Obra and Grupo plans, set each worker's pay rate per hour or per day and run payroll one site at a time: the run shows the hours and pay of that site's crew for the period, ready to finalise and export.

Spot the job that's drifting

Site health puts hours next to attendance, progress, materials and budget for each site, day by day or week by week, so a site soaking up hours shows before the month closes.

FAQ

Can a worker split a day across two sites?

Each worker is assigned to one site at a time and clocks in there. If someone moves to another site, reassign them and their next clock-in counts there.

Does it work with our accounting software?

Exports are CSV, or Excel-compatible CSV, with the columns you choose, so they load into most payroll and accounting tools.

Which plan do I need?

Hours per site, site health and exports are in every plan; pay rates and payroll per site are in Obra and Grupo.
