Scheduling
Plan the week, then see who actually turned up
A rota in a WhatsApp group is not a plan. Obrelier lets you schedule shifts per site in minutes and, because clock-ins are verified, shows you the difference between the plan and what happened.
Shifts in minutes
Pick a site, tick the people, set the hours. Do it for one worker or the whole crew at once. Clashes with other shifts or approved leave are shown before you save.
Attendance against the plan
Late clock-ins, early clock-outs, missing days and people who turned up unscheduled appear on the week board and in an alerts list. You see the pattern on Wednesday, not the dispute on payday.
Workers see their own rota
Each worker sees their shifts, payslips and time off in the app. Time-off requests come to you with one tap to approve or decline, and approved leave blocks the schedule.
Foremen in the loop
A named foreman per site sees their crew and site in the app, so the office and the site look at the same week.
Plan your first week
Thirty minutes on a real job: who is on site, what is running low, and what the office sees. Pick a slot that suits you.
FAQ
Can we schedule the same crew across several sites?
Yes. Shifts are per site; a worker can have shifts on different sites across the week, and clashes are flagged.
Do workers get notified?
Their rota updates in the app as soon as you save. Cancelled shifts disappear from their list.
Is scheduling required to use the clock-in?
No. Clock-in works on its own. Scheduling adds the comparison between plan and reality.
