Delete your account
Obrelier
This page explains how to delete your Obrelier account and data, without needing to install the app. Obrelier is developed by Yarel Craft Digital (Ecommerce Craft Ltd).
How to request deletion
- In the app: Settings → Delete my account.
- Or by email: send a request to our privacy contact from the email address on your account. See the contact details on our Privacy Policy.
Delete some of your data and keep your account
- Face data: in the app, Settings > Identity > withdraw face verification. Your face template and reference image are deleted straight away and you clock in with your phone's own unlock instead.
- Delivery location points (drivers): deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Photos, voice notes or anything else: email the privacy contact from your account's email address and say what you want deleted. We reply within one month.
What gets deleted
- Your face template and reference image
- Photos taken at work
- Your ID photo
- Your contact details
- Voice notes you submitted
- Delivery positions (if you are a delivery driver)
What is kept, and for how long
- Daily working-time records (clock-in/clock-out): kept for 4 years, as required by Spanish law (Real Decreto-ley 8/2019) and permitted under GDPR Article 17(3)(b), even after an erasure request.
- Delivery location points: deleted automatically after 30 days regardless of your request, so there is nothing left to delete by the time most requests are made.
Everything else is deleted. We will respond to your request within one month.
