Time tracking

A construction time tracking app that only counts real hours

Paper timesheets get lost, shared tablets get gamed, and spreadsheets are finished at midnight. Obrelier gives every worker a clock-in in the app that is verified on site, and gives the office hours it can defend.

Updated

Clock in on a phone, not a clipboard

No shared tablet at the gate and no foreman typing names. Each worker opens the app on a company phone, or their own if they choose, confirms it is them, and clocks in. It only works on the site they are assigned to, so a clock-in from the car park or the sofa is refused with a plain reason.

Workers who prefer not to use face verification use the phone's own lock instead. Nobody is forced into biometrics.

Hours the office can pay

Clock-ins and clock-outs become shifts with a duration, per worker and per site. Forgotten clock-outs are flagged instead of silently inflating the day. At the end of the period, hours flow into payslip lines you can finalise and export for your payroll bureau or gestoría.

Lateness against the plan

If you schedule shifts, every clock-in is compared with them. Late arrivals, early departures, missing clock-ins and people who turned up unscheduled appear on the site's board, so you deal with patterns instead of surprises on payday.

Records for UK and Spanish working-time rules

In Spain the daily record is kept for four years, as the law requires; in the UK the same record shows you stay within the Working Time Regulations. Workers can see their own hours in the app, and exports are ready for an inspection, an auditor or a client.

See it on your own site

Thirty minutes on a real job: who is on site, what is running low, and what the office sees. Pick a slot that suits you.

FAQ

Does every worker need a smartphone?

Yes, an Android phone or an iPhone with the app. It can be a company phone, or the worker's own if they choose to use it. A basic Android is a small cost next to one disputed week of hours.

What if there is no signal on site?

Clocking in needs a connection at that moment. In practice workers clock in at the gate or the site office where signal is fine, and the rest of the app works with patchy coverage.

Can we try it on one site first?

That is the normal path: a two-week paid pilot on one real site, credited toward year one if you continue.
